Sweet little places just nourish my soul. Here is a little table in our upstairs hallway. It is already for a little holiday celebration...an Easter rabbit stays out year round. Under the cloche on a stack of plates is a vintage peacock ornament in a little Ohio Art tin teapot.
Sweet little places nourish my soul.
I did it, I did it -- I got the picture loaded of the Peacock in the Ohio Art teapot on the stack of dishes on the cake pedastal.....under the cloche!! Whew -- that is one special peacock!!

kari, How lovely.... You sure have a knack for decorating..... thanks
This is a sweet little spot! I feel the same way about some places in my home! Lezlee
Kari- I just want to enlarge your photos and inspect every little detail.... you're so creative. Keep em coming! Diane
The details are the "cat's meow"!
I am going to try to add another close up of the peacock under the cloche...

This vignette is gorgeous. Would love to see the close up photo you mention. Why are cloches so intriguing? I have purchased every glass cheese dome I've found at thrift stores! Some day everything in my home will be under glass - perhaps I need to cool it a bit. You've struck the perfect chord with your use of one here.
Try as I might -- just can't get the close up of the little peacock under the cloche to load -- 'tis called "good old country dial-up internet". Will try to add to a future post.
