They are sweet indeed. Kim - I like that - "purr babies" -- Marmalade has found a purr already.
Dawn -- I think we will keep these three -- lost the other two of this litter, just didn't thrive. I think the farm can handle 7 cats. Our first litter will visit with the Vet. this month. We may let Hope have another litter this spring --- she is just a fabulous mother and produces such healthy kittens. Or we will visit the Vet with her in about a month. Not sure. We don't want to become over-run with cats...and have you all read about us in the paper :0)
Thanks for letting us be apart of the First Meadowview Barn Sale. It was beyond amazing and I love all my treasures that I found. I'm having so much fun nestling them in and around my house. You're so very talented and creative! Can't wait for the next sale... Love the kittens!
Hi there Kari, What paper are you in? Cool! Your kitties are so cool. If you ever have more and need a good home we have one. We have a foster daughter here who really wants a kitten....She also wants a bunnie, a cow, another dog... and on and on and on.. She and I fit together good! funny...We can sqeeze in another kitten but the rest she will have to dream about! Good thing my husband is sensible or we'd be over run with critters... Please let me know what newspaper.. Thanks Kari, Dawn
The newspaper was actually tongue in cheek -- more the idea that with too many cats you might read about us under the headline "Augusta Farm Couple Found living with Hundreds of Cats -- Couldn't Say No".
So no newspaper -- but several dear bloggers have posted photos in their blogs of the Barn Sale. If you go to the post from October 11th on Feet Up, Time to Reflect under the comments -- you can double click on Barb & Taylors comment picture to find their blog. Barb already posted some pictures -- Taylor will be doing so on Friday.
Dawn -- I will certainly keep you in mind if we adopt out any kittens.
Ok, so I have a confession.... I am NOT a cat person. I am a dog person. But with that said, when I saw these pictures of these beautiful fur balls I was inspired! Long story short: We live in the country. We are being invaded with mice. Light bulb moment after seeing your picture of beautiful kittens. I made a quest to find 3 "old enough to mouse" kittens today. They will be outside cats, given love and warm shelter. Mice be gone! Thanks for posting these cute pictures. I now have three beautiful kittens to help me with my mouse situation! Lisa

There is nothing more precious than a baby kitten. Mine have grown now and are young adults trying to be independant! They are my purr babies!
Oh my how cute! Are you keeping them all?
I am so happy with all my purchases from your barn sale. I can't wait until the next one. Yippie!
