birds in hats...of course
I found these bird cards at a sweet shop called Willow on Water
Street in Eau Claire. The artist decided that if birds could create
such exquisite nests, then surely exquisite hats were not out of
the question. I kind of love that thought.

collecting comes easy!
On my current list of vintage finds are inkwells! But I am a
tad picky (as usual) about which ones find their way home.
The brown pottery inkwell was from my spring trip to
Washington...so a souvenir too!

bits of autumn 🍂
Every year, I relish putting away summer, and bringing out fall.
My vintage squirrel nutcracker family has grown to three.
Browns & greens & bits of gold and orange bring autumn inside.
