welcome....
*At 8 p.m. tonight I looked out the window
& there was a double rainbow.
My silly little camera could only kind of capture one over the adjacent field --
but that was because silly Kari
was running about the farm yard,
barefoot in the rain.
"Look Up", I wanted to yell.
"Look up"...
"It is here."
With just a bit of fanfare, summer has arrived,
and I am giddy to greet it.

At around fall Barn Sale time, I'd like to look back and say "Ah. I really took good advantage of this past summer." I guess now is the time to make that promise. Goes hand in hand with the post about allowing some down time for yourself and enjoying life's gifts. I'm really envious though that I don't have a herd of kittens like you do to help me with that.
Yes, Summer IS here!! Uff-da! Do you have air conditioning in your old house? We don't. I have three fans running to just get the air moving. The cats are hairy lumps on the wood and linoleum floors. But, with the long, long Winter and cool Spring I can't complain too much. Stay cool!
