Come on spring, we are beyond patient.
Hiking through the wind blown drifts to the barn tonight made me feel especially sad for the goats, barn cats and farm bunnies. They are indeed cooped up. Had to take out apple treats and play string before trudging back up to the house.
I take solace with indoor signs of spring....
trying to not look out the windows at the winter reality.
Come on spring, we are so so ready to greet you with open arms & a jelly bean or two!

Our snow is gone even though we had some more yesterday. It's cold and super windy, but I have to remind myself that it's still only March! And last year by this time we had had 4 days of 70 degree weather and that is so not normal! Have faith, spring WILL be here soon.
