Life on an 1857 Farm in Wisconsin.
My sincere thanks to the following folks for helping make this dream a reality:*Charlie our carpenter - he planted the "stair bean seed".*Dale our electrician - whatever we needed, he got done.*Susan our sign painter - such sweet creativity.*The house that time left behind - you opened your door and said "come in - I was waiting."*My special kitten help -- when I was bone tired, your little ways kept me going.*All my friends, some that I know well -- and some from this blogging community...your words of support have meant so much on this journey.*And, Dave -- thanks for letting me dream with my eyes open.Cross it off my "Bucket List",Kari

Oh my gosh....nerves, excitement...nerves. What if I have too much stuff, what if I don't have enough stuff? What if we don't have enough area for parking? What if? What if?This is my farm - my home...it is a welcoming sigh -- I need to step back and let Meadowview Farm be Meadowview Farm -- a place where my worries are released. It will all be good. Time to turn the "what if's" to blessings. Last night, when we tweaked the last tweak, Dave & I sat on the steps & sighed --- blessed, truly blessed. Kari
Oh my gosh....first day down. Just came in from re-tweaking the barn for Sunday. What a day...very busy in the a.m., quiet in the p.m. Well surpassed all my goals. My sincere thanks to Jani, Sarah & Nan for alllllllll their help. You guys can't even begin to imagine what would have happened without you -- wouldn't have been pretty. And Dave -- most amazing traffic director. And, I met sooo many of you blogger friends - Dawn & Cheryl & Diane & Lisa...so many of you kind, dear kindred spirits. Your energy & support in this endeavor (and patience if you were there in the first several hours of the sale) are priceless. Thanks -- on to day two.Kari
