Multiples

Lately I have been drawn to "multiples"-- many of a like item.
Here are two finds from just this morning while out antiquing on a day off!

    Print stamp words

Monograms

Jill...there are also picture stamps that go with the word stamps -- all in a wonderful wood box. The stampers are on wooden trays that lift out of the box -- must be several hundred stampers. I will likely sell them by the piece -- although I do hate to break up a set that has "lived" together so long. Just not sure --may just need to keep them all:0)

I found a wonderful, big, black, floral, tole painted tray in Osh Kosh, and got it for a great price too! The first one that I didn't have a specific spot for when I bought it but it will find it's spot soon enough.

My latest antiquing finds are two silver water pitchers, a silver set including creamer, sugar, butter dish and bun tray, two cool silver soup spoons (are we sensing a trend here?), oh! and a crystal relish dish and two tiny crystal leaf-shaped dishes. All for great prices which adds to the pleasure.

(I love that "wigwam" was considered a common enough word to be included in the stamp set!)

I love "Tell" even without the "Show".....love to hear about what other people are finding!!

Jani -- no doubt you will find just the right spot for your tray -- did you find it at Originals??

Cheryl -- I am certainly sensing a trend. And, "Hoover" was also a stamper in the set -- which dates it to?? Have to quick study up on my Presidents!!
